Products and/or services

  • We offer boat rental services, additional equipment for water sports and skipper services. The retail price of the rental of each boat, the price of additional equipment for water sports and the retail price of the skipper service are available on the website and are expressed in euros.
  • Boat rental includes the costs of using the boat during the rental, insurance, prescribed equipment and cleaning the boat after the rental.
  • The price does not include the cost of fuel, adittional equipment for water sports, skipper, residence tax and fees for other ports or outside the vessel's home port.

Boat rental and payment of the rental service

  • The vessel is put to use without damage, completely correct, clean and ready for use with filled fuel and water tanks.
  • Any objections to any of the listed items should be stated by the buyer/tenant before the contract is signed.
  • The vessel is picked up in Zadar, and there are also possibilities to deliver the vessel to other locations, for which an additional cost of vessel delivery is paid in accordance with the agreement between the lessee and the lessor.
  • The boat is returned under the same conditions.
  • If, after the end of the boat rental, new damage is found on the boat or the fuel/water tanks are not full or the guest is late in returning the boat at the agreed time, the Alpha boats business will be charged from the initially charged deposit in the amount determined by the assessment of the boat issuer or in the amount specified in the vessel rental contract.
  • When booking a boat, the buyer pays 50% of the total price of the boat rental, and the rest when taking over the boat.
  • Payment can be made in cash, via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay applications.

Contractual provisions:

1. The rent includes the use of the boat, prescribed equipment, and cleaning of the boat after the rental. Fuel costs and charges for other ports are not included in the rent.

2. The lessee declares that he has the necessary maritime and navigational knowledge to manage the rented boat.

  • The lessee undertakes; do not give the boat to other people to manage, do not sublease the boat, do not transport an impermissible number of people, do not tow other boats (only in case of greater danger), move on the boat in appropriate shoes or barefoot.
  • If the lessee entrusts the management of the boat to another person in the event of an accident, he is responsible for the vessel, the passengers and the person to whom he entrusted the vessel.
  • In case of non-compliance with the above obligations, the lessor has the right to terminate the contract and keep the rent received.

3. Payment: 50% when booking, and the rest before taking over the boat.

• Cancellation conditions: if the customer cancels the reservation, he has no right to refund the advance payment. In case of bad weather, the guest will be offered a choice between a 100% refund or another rental date.

4. If, after the end of the boat rental, new damage is found on the boat or the fuel/water tanks are not full or the guest is late in returning the boat at the agreed time, Alpha boats will be charged from the initially charged deposit in the amount determined by the assessment of the boat issuer or in the amount specified in the vessel rental contract.

5. The lessee is obliged to return the boat at the agreed time, no later than 19:00, with equipment and a full tank of fuel and water. In case of delay, he is obliged to pay damages to the lessor of 50 euros and fuel in the amount estimated by the lessor in case the tank is not full.

6. The lessee is authorized to use the boat in an area up to 3 Nm from the coast and the island. The lessee may not leave Croatian territorial waters by boat.

7. When handing over the boat, the damage should be charged from the amount of the deposit (deposit - deductible deductible from comprehensive insurance). In case the lessee does not hide the damage, the deposit is returned at the end of the lease.

8. In the event that the lessor cannot deliver the reserved (or replacement) boat within the agreed period within 24 hours, he will return the money from the reservation.

STATEMENT ON THE COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Alpha Boats may ask the End User to provide certain information about himself, such as name and surname, address (including postal code), e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth, information about your credit card number, expiration date, authorization code and other related information. Involvement in Identification activities and provision of personal data is the decision of the End User. If the End User does not provide such mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, they will not be permitted to engage in such activity. Alpha boats will not share the End User's personal data with other parties.

STATEMENT OF CONVERSION

All payments will be made in euros. When charging with your card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the valid exchange rate list of the association of cardholders. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.
